In general, lewis-clark.org does not collect any personally identifiable information nor does it store such information on its web server.

When necessary to conduct certain business functions—i.e., newsletter registrations and donations—we utilize third party processors who specialize in secure transactions to collect this information. The purpose and use of the personal information collected is apparent when you use these services. Children’s Information

We and our parent, the Lewis & Clark Trail Alliance, do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information to us, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately at privacy@lewisandclark.org, and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
